The 3 main TV ads were a 60-sec spot with all the contents of a regular household putting itself back into its place; a 30-sec spot of a house building itself back up, and a 30-sec spot where a car fixed all its parts back together.
I oversaw all elements of art department including the animation crew. The art department crew boasted an army of over 25 animators, a 10 man construction dept and three mechanics. The 3 spots were shot on three sets simultaneously over a record breaking 5 days.
The shoot was planned to the tiniest detail with everything mathematically mapped out, there were five meter long wooden poles marked up for each increment things had to move. There were laser pointers, rulers, pencil marks, pieces of string with tape attached… all these items to measure and time all the movements of all the items.
